Information for a Restful Stay
HOW CAN I REACH YOU?
We are always just a quick message or phone call away. Additionally, we have a local property manager who is available to help answer any question or need that may arise. ​
DO I NEED A CAR?
It depends. Our location is close enough to everything in town that it is certainly walkable. However, if you wish to explore the surroundings of Loreto such as Misión San Javier or Bahía Concepción, we'd recommend renting a car. As a general rule of thumb:

Stays of 3 or fewer days: no car needed

Stays of 3-7 days: we recommend a renting a car or a golf cart

Stays of 7 days or longer: we recommend renting a car

NOTE: we are happy to offer our guests a 10% on golf carts from Baja Golf Carts. Simply let them know that you are staying at Casa Concha and they will deliver your ride right to your doorstep!

IS THE HOME SAFE? WHAT ABOUT BABIES AND KIDS?
Casa Concha is located on a dead-end street with very little traffic. It is also completely walled in with a key-code locking entrance. The neighborhood is very safe.
Once inside, you'll find two main living levels. There is one main set of stairs from the ground floor bedrooms to the second floor kitchen and living area. The house has three outdoor terraces. All terraces have a wall or railing, but we recommend that children NOT play on the terraces unaccompanied. The third story tower terrace requires ascending a spiral staircase that can be tricky for small children or elderly people. Please use the stairs with caution.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Casa Concha is located in Loreto Town near the historic El Centro downtown. Here, you will find numerous restaurants, shops, and tour operators and of course the historic misión. We are one short block from the Malecon and the main public playa. It is a six-minute walk to the main plaza or to the playa.

DOES THE HOUSE HAVE INTERNET FOR STREAMING OR WORKING REMOTELY?
Absolutely! Casa Concha has fiber optic internet from Telmex direct to the house. It is fast enough to stream movies or video conference calls. The house wifi works in all living spaces including bedrooms. It is sometimes tricky to get a signal from the third floor balcony, but really, we kind of prefer it that way!
There is a dedicated office space off the master bedroom should you require quiet and/or privacy during work hours.
You'll also find a smart TV in the living room so you can watch your favorite shows on Prime Video, Netflix, Disney, etc.
